Detective No.55 at SIAL Shanghai 2026

From May 18 to 20, the 2026 SIAL International Food Exhibition (Shanghai) took place at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As one of the world’s three largest food exhibitions, this year’s show spanned 200,000 square meters, bringing together over 5,000 exhibitors from 75 countries and regions, showcasing more than 350,000 food and beverage products.

Detective No.55 was honored to participate as a leading brand in China’s low-GI food sector. Our booth was located in W1B012. Throughout the three-day event, our core products — including oat bran, whole-cut apple crisps, low-GI congee with kudzu root, and pure soy milk powder — drew strong interest from both domestic and international visitors.

We received multiple inquiries from overseas buyers, who showed particular interest in our human‑tested GI data, CNCA certification, and individually wrapped packaging. One buyer from Southeast Asia, after sampling our apple crisps and oat bran, turned to his colleague and said: “This is the kind of healthy snack I’ve been looking for.” — exactly the kind of feedback we came for.

Low‑GI and functional health foods were a clear trend at this year’s SIAL, with dedicated exhibition zones for light meals, healthy ingredients, and sugar‑control products confirming that low‑GI foods are moving from a niche category into everyday consumption. Detective No.55 sits right at the heart of this shift — with human‑tested data, certified GI claims, and a diversified product portfolio.

The exhibition may be over, but the conversations continue. If you missed us at Booth W1B012, feel free to reach out via our website or email: [email protected] for samples and a product catalog.
