From Data to Trust: How Detective No.55 Ensures Low-GI Consistency Across Batches

For chain retailers and large channel partners, batch-to-batch consistency is critical. Detective No.55 ensures that every production batch meets the low-GI standards verified during certification through a three-tier quality control system.

Tier 1 – Ingredient Traceability
Core ingredients (oats, apples, soybeans, buckwheat, etc.) are sourced from designated origins. Each batch comes with supplier test reports and incoming inspection records. For example, the oat bran uses oats from Ningwu, Shanxi (38°N golden growing belt), harvested only once per year, with full variety and batch traceability.

Tier 2 – Critical Control Points During Production
Class 100,000 clean workshop with HACCP-based CCPs (e.g., baking temperature, drying time, water activity). In-process samples are taken from each batch on the production line for real-time testing of moisture, pH, and other physical indicators to ensure process consistency.

Tier 3 – Batch-by-Batch Finished Product Testing + Third-Party Verification
Each batch undergoes rapid testing (dietary fiber, protein, GI-correlated indicators) in our internal lab before release. Meanwhile, monthly samples are sent to a CMA/CNAS-accredited third-party lab for full-panel testing including GI value, nutrition, microbiology, and heavy metals. Historical data shows batch-to-batch GI value variation within ±2, and our after-sales return rate is just 0.5%.

Detective No.55 can provide B-end clients with batch-specific release test reports and third-party verification summaries. All products are covered by product liability insurance, offering double protection for channel partners.
