Detective No.55 -Low GI Dual‐Engine Leader
Our journey with low-glycemic-index products began in 2021, the company operates a dual‑engine model: B2C multi‑category low‑GI product sales and B2B professional OEM services.
A key competitive advantage is the joint low‑GI R&D center established with the Institute of Food and Nutrition Development under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs – a research body directly under the State Council. The center is led by Associate Professor Liu Rui (postdoctoral fellow) and covers the entire chain from raw material breeding and formula development to processing technology. For example, the resistant starch rice was screened from over 2,000 rice varieties, harvested once a year, and certified by China GAP. The rye whole‑wheat toast undergoes 18‑hour double fermentation, 22 rolling steps, and baking in a 60‑meter tunnel oven, fully resolving the common issues of dryness, hardness, and bitterness in whole‑grain toast.
Production facilities hold HACCP and ISO22000 certifications and operate a 100,000‑grade clean workshop. All products are tested by CMA & CNAS dual‑accredited laboratories. Every low‑GI product undergoes human clinical trials in accordance with the National Health Commission’s standard WS/T 652‑2019 and is certified low‑GI by an organization authorized by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA). In 2024, Detective No.55 ranked No.1 in offline channel sales for low‑GI bakery products in China (certified by Beijing Baihui Information Consulting Co., Ltd.).
